In the sport of Motocross we adduct in terms our legs, and hips a lot!! Adduction – think adding to the body (in Moto we squeeze with our heels, and knees). we want to balance our bodies out and by adding band Abductions we can do just this!! You can have the band around your knees, or you can try it around your ankles.
After your warm-up, try adding 2-3 sets of 10-15 steps per side.
