XTINCTION Through Marty "The Party " Halmazna's Eyes
So history was made! Just outside of Patricia, Alberta was the first ever Extreme Enduro held in Canada, and the second to ever be introduced to North Americans. I knew of the event for a while now, and I have to say that the Corner Grass crew did an exceptional job in pulling this off. I had my doubts here and there, but they proved that once again if Canadians set their sights on something, it will happen. |

2010 Supermoto X Fest Race Report

The 2010 edition of the Supermoto X Fest took place on the August 7-8 weekend at the Mecaglisse Circuit in Notre Dame de la Merci, Quebec. This track is a treat for riders and spectators alike. It is located in a beautiful mountainous area north of Montreal near Mt. Tremblant. The track features a challenging dirt section with a couple nice jumps and an awesome paved portion with elevation changes and great corners to back-it-in to. |

I know I haven’t been consistent with writing my article every week, but the week before Walton was hectic, and during the week of Walton I was focusing on racing. Now that I have had time to reflect, I am able to finish my column. So here we go, if you didn’t go, this year started on Monday with a trip to the Blyth campground.

The final round of the Monster Energy Motocross Nationals took place this past weekend on Sunday, August 15th, which also acted as a wrap up of the week long Walton TransCan Amateur National Championships.

The door has closed on the final round of the 2010 Monster Energy Motocross Nationals in Walton, Ontario. We crowned champions this past weekend: Tyler Medaglia of the Blackfoot Yamaha Red Bull Fox team in MX2, and his teammate, Dusty Klatt, in MX1. Both riders took home a moto victory in the final two to solidify their place on top. So here is the last photo report from the nationals. Thanks for the pics Greg Oldham. Great job!!!
