With frigid temperatures outside, the riders and teams gathered inside the spacious and modern US Bank Stadium for Round 6 of the 2019 Monster Energy Supercross Series. Since the beginning of this series, we have witnessed numerous exciting battles in both classes. With this being the opening round of the 250SX East Series, there was some added anticipation to keep everyone warm in cold Minneapolis. When all was said and done, Austin Forkner drew first blood in the 250SX East Series as he grabbed the win over Jordon Smith and Justin Cooper. In the 450 class, Cooper Webb continued his stellar riding as he rode strong to take his third win of the season. As he’s been all season long, Frank Hoppen was on hand and sent us these photos for this week’s Yamaha Motor Canada Behind the Lens.
