This coming weekend the Barrie AX was supposed to happen at the cozy Molson Centre. However, as we’re all well aware the Covid-19 Virus has put a cease to events of any kind pretty much right across the globe. So with that in mind, let’s take a look back at the 2018 Barrie AX through the eyes of the Monster Energy Huber Racing Kawasaki Team. As you may recall, a massive ice storm had hit the Barrie area that weekend and the dirt was very wet when the Jetwerx crew brought it into the arena. The track crew did their absolute best to make the conditions suitable for racing, but the track was very soft and it rutted up very easily. Outside things weren’t much better as the freezing rain made driving very difficult. But, everyone made it through the weekend and now it’s just one of the more interesting moments in Canadian Motocross history.
