Drew Robertson’s Friday Fitness Tip- What are you eating?

I’m not sure what the weather is like where you live, but where I live it’s currently snowing and obviously very cool outside. With weather that certainly isn’t conducive to going outside and excising, and daylights savings now a distant memory, this is the time of year that our metabolisms slow down and some of us start to gain that dreaded “winter weight”.

Since most of us are less active during this time of year, we have to counteract this reduction in activity by eating a little smarter. Thanks to MXP’s fitness guru Drew Robertson of Evolved Nutrition, here is a page that will allow you to track what you‘re eating. Once you see your diet, or lack of diet on paper, it will be easier to make the necessary adjustments needed to keep you healthy and fit during these winter months. It’s Friday, let’s work on getting fit.
