Saturday at round 3 of the CMRC Monster Energy Motocross Nationals in Calgary is now behind us. For those of us waking up today (Sunday), it is a great day in the city. Sun is out, blue skies and sounds like a good day forecast.
Racing stars later in Calgary, 9:00am opposed to the regular 8:00am at other rounds. This is due to a city noise by laws. It also means the schedule is pushed together meaning less down time for teams, riders and track crew.

The pits were a low key place on Saturday. A couple heavy storms blew in quick making the track a little messy for the final
motos. This kept people close to their tents. Click HERE for some conversations with Richard Grey, Brad Nauditt and Brett Metcalfe from the day.
MXP caught up with MX101 Fox redBull Yamaha team for a fun look at their rig and team. Everyone there was a good sport
and had some fun.
In the women series Hailey Larson was the class of the field. She looked through out the day to be the most aggressive rider on the
track and her 1-1 proved it. Shelby Turner was steady in second on her two stroke KTM. Turner pretty much admitted it would take a huge mistake by Hailey to beat her for the title. Alberta native, Larissa MC Gylnn was a nice guest in third.
