All done after a hard workout? Maybe you’ve finished riding for the day? You’ve warmed up properly now lets make sure you stretch properly! Stretching for active people is as important as breathing, however it’s also one of the most neglected parts of most peoples program.
Remember this tip:
Before activity you move to warm up, after you hold stretch (45-60 sec) to cool down, don’t static stretch before an event or activity!!
