O2RIDE was established in March 2020, as the exclusive Eastern Canadian Distributor of
SLANE Ebikes. Operating as a strictly wholesale supplier to retail stores that cater to consumers
in the Bicycle, Ebike and Power Sports Industry. O2RIDE incorporated in 2021, being owned
and operated by Allan Jaggard (a 48 year+ veteran of the Bicycle & Power Sports Industry) and
Anne Coleman (a 40-year experienced Art Director/Graphic Designer).
By the end of 2022, O2RIDE had grown their dealer network to over 75 Authorized SLANE
Ebike Retailers in Ontario, Quebec & the Maritimes.

assets. These assets will include, warehousing, shipping, invoicing, credit & accounts receivable,
digital B2B, plus all human resources in all departments to be used at O2RIDE’s discretion.

consumer brand awareness to SLANE Ebikes as the series travels from British Columbia to the
Maritimes, offering coverage of all 12 rounds on FOX SPORTS TV and live streaming of each
event on the RYDE TV Networks app
