PAISLEY RAT TRACK MAY 27, 2012 Amateur National Qualifier – ATV Series

We have been busy getting the track ready for this event! There are a number of changes to the track layout and we have improved our maintenance preparation plan to provide you with the best racing experience this weekend at the Paisley RAT Track. Below you will find all the information that you need to get to the RAT Track safely this weekend. Please remember that our gates will close at 10 pm on Saturday night.

In an effort to become more environmentally effective, we will not be handing out pre-printed race schedules. Instead, we encourage you to download this schedule onto your smart phone, or print it at home and bring it with you. The practice & race schedule can be found at the end of this email. It will also be posted on our website and on race day at the Caboose and the Results area.

GATES CLOSE ON SATURDAY at 10:00 pm
GATES OPEN ON SUNDAY at 6:30am

Weekend Fees
Weekend Pitting: $10 per vehicle
Campfires are permitted in existing fire pits only.

Gate admission:

$10 per adult
$7 per child
Preschoolers (4 and under) FREE

Entry Fee:
$30.00 Class

Times
Early Sign-in Saturday night: 8:00pm to 9:30pm **Both Rider & Parent must be present at sign-in**
Sunday Sign In : 6:30am to 8:00am **CMRC Licence & Minor Waivers are required at sign-in**
Rider’s Meeting at 8:00am **Please show up to Rider’s meeting dressed & ready for practice**
Practice Begins at 8:15am **Racing follows immediately after practice ends (~ 9:30 am)**

Trophies & Payback will be awarded to the winning racers 1/2 hour after the final results have been posted.
WE WILL FEATURE A SPECIAL AWARDS PRESENTATION FOR THE MINI RIDERS 30 MIN AFTER FINAL MOTO ON MINI TRACK.
