Virgil Knapp Captures the 2014 Toronto Supercross

Sometimes you forget what a huge building the Roger’s Centre is. The best view is always from the floor looking up.

While the racing is always great, the Monster girls are one of the best parts of Supercross.

To the delight of the 49’000 fans Supercross legend Kevin Windham came out for the opening ceremonies and put on a great show.

As you can see the first turn in Toronto was all orange as Ken Roczen and Ryan Dungey get there first.

Could Mike Alessi be coming to Canada this summer to race the Rockstar Energy Drink MX Nationals? This week it looks as though he might be.

Ryan Dungey rode to a very smooth and safe third place in Toronto.

After falling ill on Saturday morning all points leader Ryan Villopoto could do was try and survive the main event. He did this and more to finish an incredible sixth.

After a horrible start in the main event, James Stewart started passing riders one by one until he got to leader Justin Barcia. All it took was one lap behind the Honda rider and James was by and on his way to victory.

During the final few laps the instructions to James were clear.

In his final ride of the Supercross season for TwoTwo Motorsports, Dean Wilson had a good ride to finished eighth in front of his semi hometown fans.

After an inspiring ride it was great to see James celebrate with his biggest fan, his father.

With the KTMJRSX race coming to Toronto for the first time it was great to all the kids ride so well. Here, Preston Masciangelo sneaks a peak at the big screen before he rode to victory.
