Wiesner Insurance Ontario Mini Enduro Championship

Round #1 Meaford, Ontario

Sunday May 26

The course is set for a great opening round of Wiesner Insurance Ontario Mini Enduro Championship. The brand new Meaford location is set in the picturesque Niagara Escarpment. The course itself has been designed by mini motocross and off-road racing sensation Jamie Baskerville. With alternate lines for the “A Class” riders and easier sections for all other classes, it is a course that will please young riders of all abilities.

In addition to the A, B, and C ability classes, new this year is the Pee Wee class which is exclusively for 50cc bikes and the most novice riders. Another new class this year is “Super Youth”. This class is for riders under the age of 16 who are riding full size bikes. This is a non championship class but one that allows those riders that are physically big enough to have progressed to a full size bike and want to compare their times with their other friends who are on small wheel bike. The Super Youth class will be the first class off the line and will not interfere with any other classes.

As the competition is a special test format, riders are not racing bar to bar and do not have to be concerned with passing other riders. Older family members are encouraged to bring their bikes to follow their riders around the course to offer assistance and encouragement.  An exciting and fun day of competition is guaranteed.

Following the racing will be a lunch for everyone, courtesy of Wiesner Insurance, and awards ceremony.

Basic camping is available on site on Saturday night.
