Husqvarna Canada Presents Reflections With Cole Thompson

After giving up the red plate last weekend to arch rival Shawn Maffenbeier, Cole Thompson came into Round 2 on a mission. Cole Thompson knows that this ten round MX2 Championship is more of a marathon than it is a sprint, so it’s definitely better to start slow and then build momentum. In Prince George, Cole went 1-1 despite not being the fastest rider in either moto. However, even though he might not have been the fastest rider, he was definitely the smartest and he used his experience to win the MX2 overall and take back the coveted red plate. We caught up with Cole at the end of the day to discuss how he felt about Round 2.
