KTM Canada – KTM/Redbull/FLY
KTM Canada is coming off perhaps their most successful season ever. 450, 250 and Women’s National titles, along with a number of elite Amateur National titles. So it should be all smooth sailing for the orange team?
Off season cut backs at KTM, Jess Pettis switching teams, Josiah Natzke electing to remain in New Zealand, Eve Brodeur and Kaven Beniot both retiring, has left the Team of the Year looking to rebuild.
Although there has been no official announcement, it is believed Dylan Rempel will join KTM in the 250 class.
How they look in 2025 is up in the air, but do not count out the Champions in 2025.

Yamaha Canada – MX101/FXR/Yamaha
The boys in blue spent 2023 and the spring of 2024 searching for replacement in the 450 class to Shawn Maiffienbeier, who retired at the end of the 2023 season. They found that in American Preston Kilroy. Kilroy did impressed many finishing 3rd in the series but Kevin Tyler’s crew was hungry for more. They shocked the industry this fall by signing Jess Pettis – the 2024 National 450 Champion. It was a strong move by the boys in blue.
The team moved Kilroy to the 250 class along side Sebastien Racine to form a dangerous line up in the small bike division for 2025. Is this the year MX101 lands their first 450 title? And can either Kilroy or Racine back it up with a 250 title? Hold on.

Honda Canada – Honda/GDR/FOX
GDR Honda didn’t have the 2024 season they have become accustomed to. By Round 2 of the season both their title hopefuls in Dylan Wright and Tyler Medaglia where injured and effectively out of the championships. The third rider, Australian rider Tiger Wood had flashes of speed, but was on a steep learning curve and was never able to step into the fight for race wins.
Not a team to wait, GDR locked up Dylan Wright for an additional 3 more years and then signed a multi year deal with former GDR athlete and National champion Ryder McNabb. They also formalized an agreement with Canadain Noah Vinney to race 250 class.
Is there moves left in their future? One thing for sure is, it is hard to bet against the red riders in the new year.

Priority MX
In a year of big moves, Priority MX has made the largest moves in Canadain motocross in 2025. The team announced in the fall of 2024, signing WLTN Kawasaki Tanner Ward to 450 class to ride along side 450 Parker Eales, 250 athletes Wyatt Kerr and amateur stand out Cole Pranger. There is rumours they may add more to the their line up.
The team also hired the services of KTM Canada mechanic Justin Ronney to manage the team. SSS, former national champion Colton Facciotti has been hired to work with the team from his similar role at GDR. Jadon Brown from the WLTN Kawasaki program has been hired to mechanic. The team have purchased a new custom trailer and transport for 2025 and are ready to make a big impact.
This maybe the most well backed team in the pits in 2025, with very strong support from Priority Mechanical, the expectation to deliver on the track will now grow with this investment.
