Yamaha Motor Canada Presents Behind The Lens From Walton

After a long and brutal summer of racing, the 2019 Rockstar Energy Triple Crown MXTour Series finally came to end this past weekend at Walton Raceway. Under hot and humid skies, the final four motos of the 250 and 450 series blasted off of the gate. Coming into the final round the only question that remained was, would the GDR Fox Honda Team be able to clinch both championships? With Dylan Wright leading the 250 class and his teammate Colton Facciotti doing the same in the 450 class, the GDR Fox Honda Team was obviously eager to close out their dream summer in style.

Well, that is exactly what they did as both Wright and Facciotti accomplished what they set out to do back in June when this series began. After eight rounds from Calgary to Moncton to Walton Raceway, Wright took home his very first outdoor Canadian title, while Facciotti took home his sixth. It was an amazing day at Walton Raceway as not only did the Honda riders find success, but also Yamaha rider Phil Nicoletti won the overall in the 450 class and was awarded his very first Walton Sword.
