So you’re done working out, or riding, ready to head home right? Wrong.
Make sure you cool down is very important, don’t skip this step!!!

COOL DOWN:

Moving is preferable to static stretching because it supports circulatory activity.

Use a low impact cardio method such as cycling, rowing or walking, move easy for 4 min then “sprint for 5-10 seconds repeat 3-4 times
