Team Yamaha Hully Gully Back on Track

After Practice and timed qualifying had come to an end, Dylan had found himself sitting with the 4th fastest time aboard his YZ250f.

First Moto saw Dylan get off to a regular top 15 start. A few short laps later and a lot of tear offs, positioned Dylan inside the top 5. Once the halfway mark had hit, he was in his stride reeling in and passing Kyle Beaton and closing in on Jared Allison. By the time the checkers were out, Dylan found himself less than a second back from 3rd place rider Jared Allison. A tough pill to swallow for the FXR, Oakley backed rider.

Moto 2 saw much of the same. The rain had played in effect, making clear vision a challenge as the riders took to the track. Hard charging Dylan again worked his way up inside the top 5 and would finish the moto off strong, with his fastest lap of the race being the last lap. An even harder charging Brad Nauditt closed in the last 2 laps but wasn’t close enough to make a pass.

The overall moto finishes looked like this   4-5 = 4th overall
