After having to cancel the opening round of the 2022 FIM Motocross World Championships in Great Britain last weekend due to bad weather. The gate will now drop this weekend in England at the famous Matterley Basin circuit.
Along with defending champion Jeffrey Herlings, another top MXGP rider missing this weekend is Standing Construct Factory Husqvarna Racing’s Paul Jonass. Earlier this week Jonass had surgery on his arm and won’t be back on the track until Round 2 in Italy on March 6th.
