Have you ever wondered what people in the Canadian motocross industry think about Christmas? Well, wonder no more as over the next few weeks we’re going to reach to some pro riders and industry people to ask them some key festive questions. After speaking to Ryan Lockhart earlier last week and then reaching out to the 2013 MX1 Champion Brett Metcalfe, now we change gears and speak to a couple of industry people. Let’s see what former MXP sales guy, Andrew McEwan, had to say.
MXP: What is your best Christmas memory as a child?
Watching my Dad pour concrete for an adjustable basketball net on Christmas Day…lol
Are you a big Christmas person or not?
Not a big fan of all the rushing around but I do enjoy it.
Where will you be spending Christmas this year?
With family in Milton, Ontario.
Best Christmas gift you ever received?
There have been a few good ones but I have to go with the adjustable basketball net.
Have you even started your Christmas shopping yet?
Not yet….always last minute for this guy.
Would you rather race another Regina mudder or have to go to Wal-Mart on Christmas Eve?
I’d take Wal-Mart anytime…lol. That Regina mud is gnarly!
What do you want for Christmas this year?
I really need some new t-shirts
What is your favourite Christmas movie?
National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation…never gets old.
Be honest, do you wrap presents yourself?
Yeah, but I use probably double the amount of paper necessary.
If you ever came face to face with Santa, what would you ask him?
I would ask him why he never brought me a MX bike!
