Last weekend at Walton Raceway the gate dropped on the opening rounds of the 2021 Triple Crown Series. This long-anticipated series started with a bang on Friday with some intense racing and great battles. In front of a decent amount of spectators for the first time in almost two years, GDR Honda riders Tanner Ward and Dylan Wright took the wins in the 250 and 450 classes respectively. At Round 2 on Sunday, we watched the riders race three 15 minute motos instead of the traditional longer races and in the end, it was once again Tanner Ward taking the win in the 250 class, while Jess Pettis secured his first-ever 450 class victory. It was a great weekend of racing and James Lissimore was there to capture it all.
