Chad Reed Update

Chad Reed says he’s “a little beat up” but that he’ll “be all good and ready to try again in Detroit,” following his crash in the 450 main event last night in Toronto. Reed made the announcement on his Twitter account.

After winning his semi in Toronto, Chad no doubt had high hopes as the gate dropped for the main event. But, after a poor jump off the gate, Chad tangled with another rider and hit the ground very hard. The large Toronto crowd was very disappointed as Reed was definitely a fan favourite in Canada. Hopefully he can turn things around this weekend inside Ford Field in downtown Detroit, Mi.
