Why do we lift weights?

Why is posture and position important?

Because your ability to generate speed, move, change direction, control the bike under you is all predicated on if you can maintain good body posture and position through full ranges of motion.

The front foot elevated Barbell Reverse Lunge challenges you to maintain an upright position keeping the weight above your hips while opening up through your hip. This is just one variation, but remember it’s about what you can do and where you are at in your training program.
