Outside of perhaps the Anaheim SX or MXON’s the biggest race on the planet is the Red Bud National. This iconic event has almost always taken place on the July 4th weekend and over the years it has become so much more than just a motocross race. This year was no different as thousands of fans jammed into Red Bud Track and Trail last weekend to watch the best of the best compete in the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championships. When all was said and done it was Eli Tomac taking the win in the 450 class while Jo Shimoda took his first-ever win in the 250 class. It was an incredible day of racing and our fearless USA photographer Matt Wellumson was there to capture it all. So here is Behind The Lens From Red Bud!
