Fox Racing Canada Presents Behind The Lens- Detroit Supercross

It was another wild night of Monster Energy Supercross as the 2024 series rolled into the Motor City for Round 5. The 250SX East main event started with a massive first-turn pile-up that took out several top riders. When the dust cleared, Austin Forkner grabbed the early lead and never looked back. Forkner has had a rough few seasons with injuries and setbacks, but if his riding in Detroit is any sign of what’s to come, he is certainly a 250SX East Championship favourite. In the 450SX class, Jett Lawrence finally got off to a good start in the main event and went virtually unchallenged for the win. Chase Sexton finished second, while Ken Roczen came back from a poor start to take third. Now, the series moves back West to Glendale, Arizona, for Round 6. To celebrate another exciting supercross at Ford Field, here are some incredible photos from Matt Wellumson.
