The Push-up exercise has been around forever. When we were kids and even when our parents were kids, everyone did push-ups in gym class. However, with all of the recent advancements in exercise equipment the push-up has almost been forgotten. Well, it’s now back in a big way as Drew Robertson of Evolved Nutrition is using the push-up as one of his core exercises. Rider’s like Bobby Kiniry and Iain Hayden do this exercise on a daily basis to build strength and endurance. In this week’s Friday Fitness Tip, Drew takes us through the basic but effective push-up.
