MXP: What is your hometown Cole?

CT: I come from Brigden, Ontario.

What is something unique about Brigden?

There is a huge Fair every Thanksgiving.

Do you want to retire there?

Yes, possibly.

When is your birthday?

May 24th

Do you remember how old you were when you first fell in love with dirt bikes?

Yes, I was very young, like 2 years old.

What is your first riding memory?

Riding circles in my front yard at my house.

When was your first race and what was your result?

My first race was at Dutch Sport in 1998, and I think I finished somewhere inside the top 10.

Whenever you have kids, will you let them race?

No, I will not let them race.

What was your favourite track growing up?

I always enjoyed racing at Walton Raceway.

What was the year you turned pro?

I turned pro in 2012.

What surprised you the most about pro racing?

The amount of work it took to be totally prepared.

What have you had to work on the most since turning pro?

Definitely my fitness.

What is your best result so far in the pro class?

I have MX1 wins in the Rockstar Energy Drink MX Nationals.

What do you think you do really well on a dirt bike?

I think I’m very smooth and efficient.

What is your favourite type of track?

I really like tracks that are hard packed and with soil that is clay.

What training tool could you not live without?

My Marin bicycle.

Who was your biggest rival growing up?

Richard Grey.

What is your favourite type of music?

I listen to a lot of Drake.

What is your favourite city to visit?

I’ve always liked Dallas, Texas.

In 20 years, how would you like to be remembered in this sport?

I’d like people to say that I was humble and hardworking.
