Canadian Kawasaki Motors congratulates all the riders who participated in the 2025 Kawasaki Team Green contingency program aboard Kawasaki KX and KLX motorcycles.
Team Green participants competed in a nationwide competition for the Team Green Grand Prize of a $10,000 credit toward the purchase of a brand-new KX or KLX motorcycle.
In 2025, Kawasaki also offered a historic contingency program with a massive $545,000 available to racers across Canada.
Grand Prize Winner
We are happy to announce that Saskatchewan rider Leo Hickey is the 2025 Kawasaki Team Green Grand Prize winner. Leo and his brother Eli are supported by their local dealer, Reed Leisure Products. A small ceremony to present Leo with his prize will occur in January at the dealership.
Non-MX National Points Winners
Team Green riders in non-MX disciplines also earn points toward contingency credits in a nation-wide competition.
The winners of this category were:
• 1st place ($2,000 credit): Jameson Andrews, supported by Sturgess Cycle in Ontario
• 2nd place ($1,000 credit): Dakker Payne, supported by Banner Recreation in Alberta
• 3rd place ($500 credit): Martin Parent, supported by Sport Collette Rive-Sud in Quebec
Kawasaki also awarded cash and credit for success racers aboard KX and KLX models in regional series
across Canada.
For the first time ever, Kawasaki offered contingency prizes to racers in 16 different motocross, offroad, and flat track championships in 2025. This unprecedented level of support aimed to encourage races of all ages and skill levels to develop their racing careers at a grass roots level, while also helping boost the entries at these important regional race organizations.
Successful Kawasaki riders will receive contingency credits to use towards a Kawasaki motorcycle or Kawasaki Genuine Parts and Accessories at their preferred Kawasaki dealer. Prize amounts can be found in the Team Green Rules 2025 at results.teamgreencanada.ca
