RED BULL TENNESSEE KNOCKOUT PROLOGUE TRANSFORMS LOWER BROADWAY INTO HARD ENDURO COURSE

Nashville, TN (August 23, 2024) – Thursday night, Red Bull Tennessee Knockout (TKO) Prologue once again transformed Downtown Nashville for a one-of-a-kind hard enduro dirt bike competition. The event debuted in Music City back in 2022 and returned to bring hard enduro, one of the most challenging forms of motorcycle racing, back to one of the biggest stages in entertainment, Lower Broadway.

Nashville’s iconic street was converted into a course fit to provide a serious challenge for the world’s top riders, with a series of man-made, enduro-inspired obstacles set up including a 16-foot ramp, logs, and jumps.

Hard enduro legends like Cody WebbTrystan HartMani Lettenbichler and 2022 Red Bull TKO Prologue Winner Alfredo Gomez were among the star-studded global roster racing head-to-head on the demanding features in this knockout style competition. Countries like Australia, Germany, Bulgaria, Spain and more were represented.

The two-block stretch of Broadway had thousands of roaring fans packed on both sides of the street and atop the roofs of Lower Broadway’s iconic bars cheering on the action.

The neon lights set the stage for a fast-paced final round between seasoned veterans Webb and Colton Haaker. The long-time friends, known as two of the best American riders in the sport of hard enduro, battled it out for the win. Ultimately, it was Webb who clenched first place in a photo finish for bragging rights on Lower Broadway.

“This is my second time competing in the Red Bull TKO Prologue,” said Webb. “When we showed up to Nashville, I saw the first place trophy that was shaped like a guitar and had to have it. I earned it the hard way – throwing my bike, riding well, and putting on a show. It was a great battle and great racing all night on a really cool course that was put together for the riders.”

Thanks to the win at Red Bull TKO Prologue, Webb receives the choice of starting position for Saturday’s hot lap for pro riders at Red Bull Tennessee Knockout. The Red Bull TKO Prologue serves as an exhibition for competitors, putting their skills to the test ahead of the Red Bull TKO race, beginning today in Sequatchie, TN. Red Bull TKO is round five of the FIM Hard Enduro World Championship and the seventh and final round of the AMA US Hard Enduro Championship with the best riders in the world competing.
