Husqvarna Canada Presents Behind The Lens From Manitoba

As it’s been for so many years, the final western round of the 2019 Rockstar Energy Triple Crown MXTour Series is always exciting. After two dry rounds to open the series, Round 3 at McNabb Valley Raceway was anything but dry. With rain falling and cold temperatures for the entire day, the most the riders could get in was one very messy moto in each class. With the track in very rough shape and not enough time or equipment to repair it, the second half of the day was cancelled. However, when it was all said and done it was Matt Goerke taking the win in the 450 class, while Dylan Wright outlasted everyone else to win the 250 class. Unfortunately, after looking at footage from the 250 start it was determined that Dylan and a few other riders went off the track and gained an unfair advantage, therefore Dylan was stripped of his win. As of right now, though, Dylan and his GDR Honda Team are appealing the ruling and we should know by later today of the final outcome. In the meantime, sit back and enjoy these incredible James Lissimore photos from Round 3.
