Kimpex Canada Presents: Behind The Lens- Round 8 At Walton Raceway



When the gate dropped on the final round at Walton Raceway, all eyes were on Phil Nicoletti and Tanner Ward as both riders were in contention for the 2025 Triple Crown Series 450 class Championship. It was an entertaining day, and in the end, it was WLTN Kawasaki rider Nicoletti who took home the title. In the 250 class, it was young Dylan Rempel, who finished off his first season with the KTM Canada team to take the overall win. It was an incredible summer, and the final round at Walton Raceway was the perfect exclamation mark on it. Once again, James Lissimore was there and sent us these amazing photos.

After battling all week in the Pro/AM class, Josh Boaz had his best round of the series on Sunday.

Thankfully this Brett Lee and a wide open throttle moment turned out well.

When the dust settled on the second 450 moto, Gavin Brough found himself on the podium.

Colton Facciotti was back racing at the Walton TransCan. He also rode Sunday morning but didn’t race.

Racing in his final Pro National, Sam Gaynor had his best race of the series.

There is nothing better than a championship photo at the end of a long season.

It was a great summer for Preston Kilroy and his MX101 Yamaha Team.

Since he clinched the 250 title at Round 7, Kilroy was able to run the big #1 at Walton.

PK proved at the end of the day Champions photo shoot that he knows how to whip!

Fresh off a solid finish at the Ironman Combine race, Ryder Malinoski had his best race of the summer on Sunday.

Before the opening moto, Ryder McNabb was relaxed and focused.

All of the top riders were up front early in the opening 450 moto.

Nicoletti survived the final round pressure cooker to come out on top in the 450 class.

Jess Pettis navigated the deep Walton ruts well and took the OA win in the 450 class.

And with his win on Sunday Pettis also brought home the famous Walton Sword.

Rookie 250 rider Cole Pranger had a solid season and finished 9th OA in the 250 class.

Fresh off his successful week at the TransCan, Jayden Riley had a great day at Round 8.

What a summer it’s been for Dylan Rempel as he rode great to finish 2nd OA in the 250 class.

At the final round on Sunday, Rempel went 2-1 for the overall win in the 250 class.

All week long the start at Walton Raceway was both exciting and safe.

James Lissimore gives us a close-up look at one of the pro starts.

Considering he’s more of a sand guy, Lars Van Berkel rode solid in the deep ruts of Walton.

With his trainer Ryan Hughes at Walton, Noah Viney had his best race of the summer.

Dylan Walsh rode solid at the final round, but we doubt he’ll be back in 2026.

Tanner Ward had the 450 title within sight during the final moto, but a hard crash took him out of points.

As you would expect though, Ward handled his defeat with style and grace.

Dylan Wright was the fastest rider on Sunday, but fuel issues ended both motos for him.
