As the 2016 Monster Energy Supercross Series winds down, Ryan Dungey is definitely enjoying his best season of his career. Saturday in Santa Clara was no different as Dungey grabbed the early lead, then held off the advances of Ken Roczen before pulling away to take the win. Fans are getting to witness Dungey at his absolute best, and it’s very special. For Santa Clara we used a new photographer who thought of this assignment as the experience of a lifetime. Chad Reed does one of his very cool Nac-Nac’s during opening ceremonies. The 34 year old Reed would go on to finish a solid 4th in the main event.

Jason Anderson had a great night in Santa Clara and finished 3rd in the 450SX main event.

The 250SX West class was back on the track in Santa Clara and provided some of the best racing of the night.

Ryan Dungey was smooth all day and when the gate dropped for the main event, he rocketed to yet another win.

Geico Honda rider Justin Bogle grabbed an early lead in the main event but he was quickly passed by Ryan Dungey.
