Since shots from the actual motos are pretty much everywhere from the last four weekends, we’ve been asking our staff photographer James Lissimore to send us a salacious mixture of track shots, as well as some behind the scenes shots. Well, this week he did it again as these shots are incredible and really capture all the went down at round 5 of the 2015 Rockstar Energy Drink Motocross Nationals in Regina.

Even though it rained on and off all day in Regina, the track remained in great condition. Actually, for the final MX1 moto the Moto Valley circuit was incredible as it was tacky with multiple lines.

Despite the cool and wet weather in Regina, the Rockstar girls seemed to really enjoy being at the races.

No this isn’t from a moto dream you had last night. This is starting line at Moto Valley Raceway as it was manicured to perfection for Sunday’s race.

Both Teddy Maier (right) and Brad Nauditt have both been very fast during the first four rounds. However, they’ve also been very inconsistent and need to have a trouble free final six rounds to salvage their 2015 season

These new Fox boots not only look sweet today, but they would’ve looked great in 1991 also. Fox definitely has their finger on the pulse of circular fashion.

After a hard fought day in Regina, your top three MX1 riders show their respect and admiration for each other by toasting their four round Western adventure.

Between trying to get the correct feel on his YZ450F and recently becoming a Father for the second time, Bobby Kiniry has certainly had alot on his mind during the first four rounds in 2015. Look for the likeable New Yorker to be much better as the series heads East.

After holeshotting moto 2, Kiniry got out scrubbed by the younger Cole Thompson on lap one and was forced to hand over the lead.

While most MX2 riders were struggling to clear the drop off from the inside, all Kaven Benoit needed was a pre-mix induced braapp and he was airborne!

So far in 2015 Jimmy Decotis has been one of the big surprises in the series, as well as one of the nicest riders to chat with off the track. Look for him to pull out all the stops in the East while he tries to catch points leader Benoit.

These next three shots all from the same corner in Regina. I always find it interesting to study each riders style in the same section of the track. Here Jeremy Medaglia shows perfect form on route to his second moto win.

This is actually a rare shot of Brett Metcalfe where he isn’t in perfect position on his Kawasaki. However, if you look closely you can tell that he’s leaning more forward than normal while he fights to keep his front wheel from wandering out of that rut early on the super tacky Regina dirt.

Local boy Kyle Biro shows pretty good form here as he has his leg out and his foot high so it doesn’t catch the tacky soil. Biro rode great on Sunday in the MX2 class and will no doubt be a favourite to win the Intermediate class at the Parts Canada TransCan in August.

The start in Regina is definitely not for the faint of heart as the speeds are very high. Here Benoit, Medaglia and Nauditt show they’re not afraid to hold it wide open and they battle for the Royal Distributing holeshot.

I had to put this photo of Teddy Maier in here simply because I feel bad for him. At times he’s been so fast during the first four rounds and he’s even started on pole a few times. However, he’s also suffered a lot of bad luck and I hate to see that happen to such a nice guy. I hope during the break Teddy goes and buys a lucky rabbit’s foot or something and then comes out swinging in the East.
