Friday’s Fitness Tip by Drew Robertson

Have you ever just unloaded your bike and hit the track, only to make it five laps before your arms and legs pump up and you can’t hold on? This is a common occurrence with most riders as they either don’t have time or they just don’t bother to spend the proper amount of time to warm up. This is a huge mistake!

For this week’s Friday Fitness Tip, Evolved Nutrition’s Drew Robertson takes us through a dynamic warm-up routine that is both easy to follow and very useful. How many times have you walked past a factory truck before a moto and witnessed this sport’s top riders warming up on stationary bicycles? All of them do it and they do it for a reason.
