NEW ERA MOTOPARK CUP MAY 17 AND 18 Presented by Canadian Tire

More than 1,000 entries are expected for rounds 1 and 2 of the NEW ERA MOTOPARK CUP May 17 and 18. The weekend promises to be one of the biggest of the year with competitors from all over Ontario and parts of the US.

With more than $20,000 in prize money, awards and giveaways this weekend the event has attracted some of Canada’s top National Pro riders. They will take part in the ProAm class prior to heading to Nanaimo BC next week for round 1 of the Canadian National Series. An autograph session will be held after practice each day. Daily admission is $10 for adults and $7 children and seniors, weekend admission $15 for adults and $10 children and seniors. Practice starts at 9 a.m. each morning, Racing from 10:30. Each day wraps up around 5:30 p.m.

Saturday night features our Steak or Chicken Barbecue. A full dinner with vegetable and salad for only $15 including HST. Dinner is served from 6 to 7 p.m. Motopark’s annual fireworks display takes place at dusk.

There will be a Vendor area in front of the main building throughout the weekend. Rockstar will be sampling their new product and lots of giveaways and great deals will be available for those attending the event. The event has also been designated a fundraiser for Canada’s Motocross of Nations Team. Team representatives will be on hand throughout the weekend.

The Off Road Café will be open serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with a great menu featuring pasta, soups, salads, chicken strips, buffalo chicken sandwiches as well as the usual burgers, fries, dogs and of course, the breakfast of Moto Champions, Moto Muffins. No need to stock the fridge when you come to Motopark.
