The final nail in the coffin for 2012 has been hammered in. Last weekend marked the final event here in Ontario for our motocross season. What a solid day of fun, laughs, bench racing, smack talking and racing. This one-off event is a great time for sure and for the small group that attended, once again they were treated to a great time. Thanks to Diggs and Carrie for the unreal dinner Saturday night plus the warm bed, and the Schuster family for all the hospitality in 2012. Last but not least, thanks to all you racers and families for creating another year full of memories and friendships because we all know when the gate drops the BS stops!!

Cool plates for the Sandstrom.

Nicky Beatty rails a berm on his new 2013 CRF. “I liked my Yamahas but I love me some Hondas.”

Jeremy Medaglia had a solid year. He finished it off by winning all four motos on Sunday and the Red Bull Best Whip contest.

The fans voted and Jer took the W.

Hayden Halstead hauled on his 250 two-stroke all day. He is one of the lone riders that prove the two-stroke is still competitive in his classes.

Renee Riendeau leads the #610 machine. These girls battled hard all day long.

Kraig Reinhart shows some pretty perfect technique while WFO through this berm.

The GP Pro Am start.

He sure looked good for the brief time out on the track. Tyler Medaglia was going to race the 1992 CR 250 two-stroke but she barely made it out of the barn.

The ATV Cup race was held on Sunday as well.

A huge Vintage turnout showed us all we are very lucky to be riding what we have today. Hahha

This kid is obviously going places in the world because he runs that #. LOL

KTM Canada’s Danny Brault took off his alligator, corporate world shoes for the weekend and brought out his moto boots. You sure do look fast DB!!!

The riders that entered the jump contest.

One of the proudest moments a father can have – his son’s first race. Chris Pomeroy’s son Ayrton starts the second generation of racers in the family. Very cool!

This kid looks perfect on the bike. If that is his name on the front plate, Deegan is a killer name!!

His dad would say “Get those elbows up a little more Ayrton”. Hahaha

The timeless classic of Vintage racing is always a hoot at the final race of the year.
