Tuesday May 20, 2014, Québec City – From Asia to North America, Ben Milot lives out his dream as a professional freestyle motocross rider, performing daring areal tricks for worldwide fans. The fearless pilot, who will soon be returning from a 6 month contract on Franco Dragone’s world-class production House of the dancing water in Macau, China, is set to embark on his biggest Canadian tour to date. Kicked off on April 26 in Montréal (QC), the 2014 Milot Land Tour is visiting 5 provinces this summer, presenting 45 shows, 30 of them in Eastern Canada and 15 in the West with stops in Panoka (AB) Kamloops (BC) and Kelowna (BC).

The 2014 Milot Land Tour features Canada’s greatest cast of freestyle motocross riders as Milot surrounded himself with the likes of Max Pilon from Sainte-Anne des Plaines (QC), Steel Cutter from Amos (QC), Jeff Fher from Vancouver (BC), Reagan Sieg from Vernon (BC) and Eric Laplante from Saint-Perpétue, L’Islet (QC). Making stops in all kinds of events, from motocross bike shows to festivals, this action-packed performance leaves no one indifferent with its massive kicker and landing ramp at 76 ft. from each other. The action-packed performance showcases heart-stopping stunts performed by 3 to 6 riders, thrilling crowds with their gravity-defying skills.

How it all began

The man behind the Milot Land Tour has come a long way since his days as an amateur motocross racer back in the ‘90s. The young Yamachiche rider has since competed in prestigious events such as the X-Games and the Freestyle Motocross World Championships, suffering countless injuries along the way. In 2010, Ben Milot decided to quit competition to put together his own show that would eventually become the Milot Land Tour: « I’m at a point in my career where I wanted to introduce freestyle motocross to a larger, younger audience », says Milot. So far, the challenge has been met as the Milot Land Tour has been growing steadily every year and this summer is no exception!
