The Arenacross Tour would like to announce that the USA portion of the series has been purchased by Motorhead Sports LLC. “It was a very tough decision, but with Jetwerx taking on new projects it is not feasible to carry on with the Series.” says CEO Justin Thompson. We very much appreciate all the great support we had over the last 6 years, it was an amazing experience getting to know the riders and their families, all the best to everyone moving forward and I believe Nitro Arenacross is the perfect fit to continue the series for many years.
We will continue to be involved in the series but more on a marketing and TV production side of things into the future, says Thompson. We wish everyone that has been a part of the Arenacross Tour the best with your racing dreams into the future.

Ride365 AXtour will change its name to Nitro Arenacross
New ownership will take place at Round 5 at Cookeville, TN
Series points and Classes will remain the same throughout the remainder of the series along with sponsors and series structure with Jetwerx helping behind the scenes with the process
– Series will continue to be its own entity for the remainder of the 2016/17 series, but will join with the already established Nitro Arenacross Series, forming a much larger “Mega” series in the Central to Southern States
Nitro will continue to go to the same Venues that Axtour has for the past 6 years
Due to the Merge and over lapping events, the Memphis round for this year will be cancelled, it will return for the 2017/18 season
