This past weekend riders traveled from across Ontario to Chatsworth, Ontario, the home of Motopark, for the third CMRC Amateur National Qualifier. Hayden Halstead had a great day on his YZ250 two-stroke finishing 6th overall in Under 30 and 7th in Pro.
Jay Burke plugged away all day on the tough Moto Park track. He grabbed 3rd in the Under 30 and 5th in Pro.

As an added bonus for the kids, all of the Pro riders came over to the mini track to cheer them on. KTM rider Kayden Keller shows the boys how it’s done.
On one of the roughest sections of the track, 65cc rider Jacob Parsons shows perfect style.
KTM rider Liam O’Farrell has been very impressive on his two-stroke so far this spring. Look for big things from him in the MX2 Nationals.
As you can see here, the Motopark track was in great shape all day.
The Pro rider union is requesting more payback from CMRC Race Director Jim Scott.
Kyle Keast is racing himself into shape in 2013. On Sunday he looked great on his way to a hard fought win in the Pro class.
In his last race before heading to the Arenacross Finals in Las Vegas this weekend, Preston Masciangelo dominated on the mini track all day.
Maddison Alcock rode her Honda to victory in the very competitive Ladies class.
The track on Sunday had a little bite to it. Daymon Goold gets ready for a soil sample. He did remount though to take a strong 8th in the Pro class.
With a little more fitness Ryan Gauld would’ve won the second Pro Moto as he led for most laps. The 35 year-old can still pick lines better than anyone on the track.
Under the watchful eye of their parents, the 50cc 4-6 class charges into the first turn.
GDR Honda rider Nathan Bles showed some really good speed and fitness on Sunday at Motopark. This kid could do some real damage this summer at the Nationals.
