SPI PARTNERS WITH MAVTV TO BROADCAST ROCKSTAR ENERGY DRINK MX NATIONALS

Stouffville, ON (January 15, 2015) – Stallybrass Promotions Inc. (SPI) is pleased to announce the signing of a two year agreement with MAVTV, a national television network in the United States that has become their number one source for motorsports coverage.

The airing of the 2014 Rockstar Energy Motocross Nationals will begin Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at 9pm EST and 12pm EST, and will continue in those time slots for 20 consecutive weeks. Once the ’14 shows are complete, the first round of the 2015 series will begin its 20 week run starting Wednesday, July 22nd.

The battle for the MX1 championship between Mike Alessi and Colton Facciotti, and in MX2 between Vince Friese and Kaven Benoit, both went down to the final round for a champion in each class to be declared.

For 2015, returning champions Matt Goerke (’12) and Brett Metcalfe (’13) will battle with multi-time Canadian Champion Colton Facciotti (’08, ’09, ’11, ’14) to regain the top spot on the podium.
