We know things are crazy right now, schools are closed, some people are being forced to stay at home, some are working from home, others are working but limited hours, parks are closed, restaurants are shut down, CRAZY TIMES.
In light of this we have once again partnered with MXP to bring you some at home workouts!!!
We are going to be using our app, that way you can track how you do, you can access videos of each exercise right in the app, and if you have any questions , yep you guessed it, ask right in the app!!!
STEP 1
First read the following descriptions and figure out which one suits you the best, if there are multiple people in the household, that is ok they all don’t need to be on the same program, find the one that is right for you!!!
LVL1 – this is for the kids out there between 5-9 years old, bodyweight movements, get moving and have some fun.

LVL2 – this is for the kids out here between 10-13 years old, bodyweight movements, some plyometrics, get moving, get your heart rate up, this will help beat cabin fever!!
CODE: MXP20
LVL3 – this is for the parents and more advanced younger athletes, you will need something to do pull-ups on, YOUTUBE building a pull-up rack, there are some at home easy ideas. This will get the heart rate up, is packed with lots of movement, and help keep you in shape!!!
CODE: MXP30
LVL4 – this is a challenging program, you will need something to do pull-ups off of, like I said above there are some at home easy ways to make this happen. This program is a HITT style program, you will be pushed to move and then get a little rest, and move again!! Your coming out the other side of this craziness in better shape!!

STEP 2:
You will download the app. TrainHeroic, you will then create an account, no credit card or anything required!!
STEP 3:
Follow the pics below to enter the CODE for the program you choose above.
It will ask you when you want to start, pick a date and boom, the training program will be uploaded and off you go!!!!
