I had a couple of emails over the week asking about other exercises that riders could do before a Moto to help loosen up and get ready to ride.
This is our Motofit Activation 3, and like I said last week, our activations are to further warm our bodies up, with specific goals in mind.
The Activation is:
Groiner with twist x 5e Pigeon x5e Sumo squats with overhead reach x 5e Thoracic rotations x 8e Seated Angles x 10 Shoulder touches x 10e 3 sets
