Fox Racing Canada Presents Behind The Lens From Gopher Dunes

Each year, the Gopher Dunes National brings us numerous storylines to discuss. Whether it’s the challenging track, the hot temperatures, or one rider having a breakout ride, the Gopher Dunes National just hits differently. This year Mother Nature gave us a little bit of everything from heat, humidity, and even some rain on Sunday afternoon, but none of the above seemed to bother the riders as they put on one heck of a show on Sunday. In the 250 class, points leader Ryder McNabb battled through some crashes to win the overall with a 2-2 moto score. His teammate Kaven Benoit finished second, while Josiah Natzke went 1-5 for third overall. In the 450 class, Dylan Wright once again dominated both motos. Dylan’s win on Sunday was his fourth overall 450 win at Gopher Dunes, and that tied him with Matt Goerke for the most wins at this iconic sand track. Now the Triple Crown Series moves east to Sand Del Lee for Round 5, but before we do, let’s look back at some incredible James Lissimore photos from Sunday.
